Refund policy

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and hygiene liners intact.

Due to the nature of swimwear, items that have been worn, washed, or had the hygiene liner removed cannot be returned.

To start a return, please email natalie@sweat2swim.com with your order number.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or style, we’re happy to help arrange an exchange based on availability.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
